Booking Terms

All bookings require a 50% deposit.

Deposits on cancelled bookings are refunded as follows

Cancellation 30 days or less than the check in date NO deposit is refundable.

Cancellations greater than 30 days before arrival the full deposit is refunded.

Cancellations within 7 days or less of check in date the full amount due for the accommodation will be charged.

In the event of a suite been filled by another guest for the cancelled booking that part of the deposit/ accommodation will be refunded less booking fees, Vat and bank charges.
